Location: Keighley
Pay: £14.36 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 11:00am
Job Type: Temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent

Total Recruit is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a fantastic company based in Keighley.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:

• Answer calls and emails from our customers regarding their deliveries, orders and accounts
• Providing guidance to new customers on how the service works
• Liaising with the wider team to resolve queries and complaints in relations to deliveries

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Great telephone manner and strong customer service skills
• A positive attitude and a focus on solutions
• Strong attention to detail
• Good IT skills
