Hours / days: 8.30am  –  5pm, Monday to Friday

Total Recruit are recruiting for an organised Customer Service Advisor / Account Manager

for their client who are a supplier and distributor of household fittings for retail and domestic sector. This is a great opportunity to join a small and friendly team liaising with customers and supporting the business development team.

Duties will include:

· Email based customer enquiries

· Some telephone customer service

· Working on projects with the sales team

· Liaising with various departments both internal & external

· Customer quotes

Skills Required:

· A professional approach, with a customer first attitude.

· Problem solving and customer support skills

· Good levels of computer literacy

· The ability to write professional emails
