Dairy Operatives

Location:    Keighley  (BD21)

Pay Rate:    £13.32 per hour rising to £13.82 per hour on successful completion of 6 month probation period plus £500 bonus

Hours: 40  –  48 hours over 5 days (may include Saturday)

This is an temporary vacancy with the opportunity of a permanent position on completion of 6 months probation period.  

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Unloading and loading wagons with milk and dairy products
  • Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
  • Adhering to strict hygiene and safety regulations

Skills required:

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • A full Counterbalance licence is preferred but not essential
  • The ability to undertake physically demanding work in cold conditions
