Location: Luton, LU1

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours / days: 2 full days per week, 9am—5pm

Total Recruit are recruiting for a Customer Service / Customer Call Assistant to work for our well established, successful Client who are a food production business based in Luton. This is a new position where you will be calling customers both old and new (no cold calling) you’ll be working with a friendly supportive team.

Duties will include:

· Making outbound calls to customers

· Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships

· Handling customer queries in a professional and friendly manner

· Working closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills Required:

· Clear and confident communication skills

· Friendly and professional telephone manner

· Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Reliable, punctual, and well-organised

· Team player with a willingness to help where needed
