Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location:  Bradford, BD12

Pay Rate:   £40,000 (rising to £42,000) per year

Split Shifts between 6am and 10pm

Total Recruit are recruiting for a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our Clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving technical challenges across a range of systems.

Duties will include:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults on production machinery and site services
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Skills Required:

• Recognised electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role within manufacturing/industrial environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good working knowledge of PLCs (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
