Dairy Operatives/Counterbalance FLT driver
Location: Grassington (BD23)
Pay Rate: £11.69 per hour rising to £12.19 per hour on successful completion of 6 month probation period plus £250 bonus
Hours: 40 – 48 hours over 4 or 5 days (may include Saturday)
This is an temporary vacancy with the opportunity of a permanent position on completion of 6 months probation period.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Unloading and loading wagons with milk and dairy products
- Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Adhering to strict hygiene and safety regulations
Skills required:
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- A flexible and positive approach to work
- The ability to undertake physically demanding work in cold conditions
